If I order today, how long it takes for the tags to be delivered?
Each order will be processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery time depends on both your location and shipping method selected.
There are currently 2 shipping methods available:
- standard delivery with regular mail (united states postoffice) - $6.90
- ground delivery with UPS - $12.99
Is there a way I can track my package?
Tracking numbers are provided only for UPS deliveries. Once the package is submitted to the UPS store, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This feature will be available starting with 1st October.
Do you offer discounts for ordering more dog tags?
Yes. In order to benefit from our discount prices please buy tags from section
Team Tags.
A minimum order of 6 tags is required for this section (each tag will be customized with its own text).
Do you offer custom image engraving?
Yes. Image upload is now free and you will only be charged for engraving.
An additional fee of $15 will be charged each time you will use the custom image uploaded. This fee is taken only once per order, per custom image used.
Do the tags come with chains?
Can I order by phone or by email?
No. Currently you can order only from the site.
Can I pay with my gift card?
Gift cards are not accepted by our payment gateway. Only regular credit cards can be used.
Is it safe to pay with my credit card on your site?
Yes, it is 100 % safe. For item customization we offer standard http protocol, but once you decide to checkout you will be redirected to a secured line using https protocol.
We are using a well known payment gateway to process payments:
www.authorize.net.
We DO NOT hold any credit card information. We are just sending the information filled by you to the payment gateway and check the response.
My order didn't get through, but my credit card was charged. Why?
This situation occurred only 2-3 times in 4 years and the credit card was NOT actually charged. After checking the payment gateway logs we found no evidence of charging. It always was just a bank problem and the money were back in the client account in a few days.
What happens if a tag has a spelling mistake or any other problem?
If you receive the tags and discover a mistake made by us, we would gladly replace it on our cost. Use
contact page to let us know about this.
What happens if the order was completed and you realize after that you made a spelling mistake?
In this case please
contact us ASAP and tell us about your mistake. We'll take into account your change request, but we CANNOT guarantee that your request we'll be processed in time. We can changes only if the item was not already shipped.
Do you make refunds?
No. Refunds are not possible. We offer the possibility to check your item during shopping and videos of the real tags so you can see how they look like.
